Meet the Owners
Filipe & Livia
Owners, Vivaz Facility Services
Vivaz Facility Services didn't start as a business plan — it started as a decision to build something meaningful. After seven years working in the cleaning industry and mastering every corner of the craft, Filipe L. De Moura launched Vivaz Facility Services in November 2025 with one clear purpose: to do things right, on his own terms.
Filipe believes that cleaning is more than a service — it's a statement. A clean space signals professionalism, respect, and attention to detail. That philosophy drives every job Vivaz takes on, from a single-room residential clean to a full commercial facility contract.
Based in Pittsfield, MA, Filipe leads every client relationship personally. When you work with Vivaz, you're working with someone who genuinely cares about the outcome — because this business is his life's work.
